- Please note all sizes given on this website are approximate.
- All pottery is decorated by hand, and is dishwasher safe. Due to the pourous nature of earthen ware it may become hot in the microwave so please take care.
2. Orders
-All orders are dealt with on an individual basis.
- We are unable to supply any goods on a sale or return basis.
- We use paypal on line or accept cheques. Your order will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.
Whilst we will make every effort to fulfil all orders, we regret that due to the fluctuations in supply inherent in the products we stock, we may from time to time be unable to supply the said goods. In such cases we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.
3. Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the value of your order. You will be informed during the checkout process of the shipping charge. Details of shipping costs are given in shipping link. Each item is painted to order and will take approximately 3 weeks. If you need an order quickly please contact us and we may be able to process your order to meet your requirements.
4. Returns
If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately. Any broken items must be photographed and the photos must be posted or e-mailed to us before a refund is given. We may ask for the broken or faulty item to be returned, in these cases we will pay the the return postage.
